Museum ‘t Fiskershûske

Museum ‘t Fiskershúske, located in four renovated fishing houses of which the oldest dates back to 1794, gives you an idea of how the fishermen lived and worked. On the other side of ‘t Fiskershúske, on the sea dyke, there is a memorial to the 83 victims, who died during the storm in 1883, and left 61 widows in one night in Paesens-Moddergat.
